At Reweaved, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your handbag purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

Eligibility for refunds
  1. Refunds are available for handbag purchases made directly through the Reweaved website.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, handbags must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  3. Handbags must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Refund process
  1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at admin@reweaved.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the handbag along with a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided with the RMA number. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned handbag, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.
  5. If the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
  1. If you would like to exchange your handbag for a different style or color, please follow the same process outlined above for returns. Indicate your preference for an exchange when contacting our customer service team.
  2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or defective items
  1. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective handbag, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the issue.
  2. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.
Final sale items

– Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
